Everything you need to know before your brow or lash appointment at Model Behavior. From lamination and tinting to lash lifts and aftercare, we’ve answered the most common questions so you can feel confident and prepared before your visit.

Brow lamination typically lasts six to eight weeks depending on your natural growth cycle and aftercare. Avoid moisture, steam, and heavy skincare products around the brows for the first 24 hours to maintain the best results.

Yes. Brow lamination is an excellent option for sparse or uneven brows because it smooths, lifts, and redirects the hairs to create the appearance of fuller, more structured brows.

A Yumi Lashes Lift and Tint lasts up to three months. Your results depend on your natural lash growth cycle and proper aftercare, such as avoiding mascara, water, and steam for the first 24 hours.

A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by curling and lifting them. Lash extensions involve attaching synthetic lashes to each natural lash. If you prefer low-maintenance enhancement without fills, a lash lift may be the better option.

Yes. Many clients pair lamination with tinting for a fuller, more defined look. This combination enhances both shape and color for longer-lasting results.

Avoid makeup for the first 24 hours. After that, you may resume your normal routine. Many clients find they need less brow product or mascara following their appointment.

In most cases, yes. However, sensitivity levels may vary. If you have concerns, consult your provider before booking.

Yes. A lash lift works with your natural lash length. While longer lashes create a more dramatic effect, even shorter lashes benefit from lift and definition.

No. When performed professionally, brow lamination enhances your natural shape. The result is fuller and more structured, not stiff or overly dramatic.

No. When performed by trained professionals using high quality formulas like Yumi Lashes, a lift is gentle, safe, and does not damage the natural lash. Your lashes remain soft and healthy while maintaining their lifted shape.

 

Brow tinting enhances the shape and adds depth to define your brows, while lash tinting darkens the lashes to create the look of fuller, more noticeable lashes without mascara. Both tints are customized to your coloring and desired intensity.

Arrive with clean skin free of makeup, oils, and heavy skincare around the eyes and brows. Avoid retinol, exfoliants, or other active ingredients for at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure optimal results and comfort.

We recommend waiting at least 6–8 weeks between lamination appointments to maintain the health of your natural brow hairs.

Yes. Lash lifts are especially effective for straight or downward-facing lashes because they create visible curl and openness without extensions.

Avoid water, steam, sweating, saunas, and heavy eye makeup for 24 hours. This ensures the treatment fully sets and delivers long-lasting results.

Brow tint typically lasts 1–2 weeks on the skin and up to 3–4 weeks on the hair, depending on your skincare routine and skin type.

Minimal maintenance is required. Avoid oil-based products around the treated area and brush brows or lashes gently to maintain shape.
